To submit and collect materials, here is access to our FTP server. For password and login details, please contact us via email.: prepress@exakta.se.
Checklist for Submitting Materials
- You who upload files are responsible for ensuring that no sensitive data is uploaded to Exakta.
- Check that images are 300 dpi.
- Add a 3mm bleed to the file to allow for trimming to the correct format.
- Ensure the number of pages and the format match the order.
- Export the PDF with the correct ICC profile. Available for both coated and uncoated paper.
- Ensure the file has the correct color code (CMYK or PMS).
Complaints and Fault Reporting

If you as a customer discover any errors or deficiencies in a service we have provided, or if a delivery is damaged or missing, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service in writing as soon as possible.
To help us handle your complaint or fault report quickly, please provide the following information:
- What the error or deficiency involves
- When and how the issue was discovered
- Any photos or documentation supporting the complaint
