To submit and collect materials, here is access to our FTP server. For password and login details, please contact us via email.: prepress@exakta.se.  

Checklist for Submitting Materials

  • You who upload files are responsible for ensuring that no sensitive data is uploaded to Exakta.
  • Check that images are 300 dpi.
  • Add a 3mm bleed to the file to allow for trimming to the correct format.
  • Ensure the number of pages and the format match the order.
  • Export the PDF with the correct ICC profile. Available for both coated and uncoated paper.
  • Ensure the file has the correct color code (CMYK or PMS).
